Alaska 2005 Trip

I spent two weeks in Alaska, August 19 - September 2, 2005. This was my second trip to Alaska (my first trip was in 2003) and I definitely want to go back again. It is an unbelievably beautiful state and I've still only seen a small part of it.

On this trip, I went back to some of the same places I went two years ago and also some new places. I picked up a rental car in Anchorage for the first week and drove to Hatcher Pass, Talkeetna, Denali National Park and the state fair in Palmer. I spent most of the second week in Homer, with one night in Seward.
